PRIVATE TRAINING OPTIONS:
One-on-one Personal Training (both locations)
Our friendly and knowledgeable personal training staff will guide you through vigorous workouts, monitor your nutrition, and motivate you to achieve your fitness needs. Customized programs are developed based on the goals and/or limitations of each and every client. All sessions are 55 minutes in length and include a warm-up segment, strength/cardio segment and a cool-down/stretching segment.
Semi-Private Training (2-4 people) (both locations)
Same as our one-on-one training except you are sharing the hour with 2-3 other people. Workouts can still be customized to your specific strengths/weaknesses. This is the most cost effective program we offer for customized training. Prices range from $25-$40/hr per person, depending on the number of participants.
