PRIVATE TRAINING OPTIONS:

One-on-one Personal Training (both locations)

Our friendly and knowledgeable personal training staff will guide you through vigorous workouts, monitor your nutrition, and motivate you to achieve your fitness needs. Customized programs are developed based on the goals and/or limitations of each and every client. All sessions are 55 minutes in length and include a warm-up segment, strength/cardio segment and a cool-down/stretching segment.

Semi-Private Training (2-4 people) (both locations)

Same as our one-on-one training except you are sharing the hour with 2-3 other people.  Workouts can still be customized to your specific strengths/weaknesses. This is the most cost effective programs we offer for customized programming.  Prices range from $25-$40/hr per person, depending on the number of participants.

PUBLIC TRAINING OPTIONS:

Fees associated with our “Public Training Options” are based on location.

St.Matthews location:  Unlimited Usage is $125/month (recurring charge, $150/month cash/check)  Click HERE to view the current training schedule.  Look for the sessions listed with a S/M in the description.

River road location:  Unlimited usage for the River road facility is $99/month (recurring charge, $125/month cash/check).  Click HERE to view the current training schedule.  Look for the sessions listed with a R/R in the description.

Both facilities:  Unlimited usage for both facilities together is $150/month (recurring charge, $175/month cash/check).  Walk-ins are always welcome at either facility for a nominal charge of $20.

DON’T FORGET, YOUR FIRST CLASS AT EITHER FACILITY IS ON THE HOUSE. 

Fundamental Strength Training (River road location)

Fifty-five minute public strength training session designed to teach the fundamentals of total body strength. All sessions are taught by one of our certified fitness professionals in a state of the art private training facility. Beginners are welcome, previous experience is not required. Intensity level is low-moderate.  All sessions are 55 minutes in length and include a warm-up segment, strength/cardio segment and a cool-down/stretching segment.

Functional Strength Training (both locations)

This 55 minute public strength training session is designed to challenge your functional strength capacity. All sessions are taught by one of our certified fitness professionals in a state of the art private training facility. Strength training experience is recommended.  Exercises are multi-joint, multi-planar and movement-based.  Intensity level is moderate to high.  All sessions are 55 minutes in length and include a warm-up segment, strength/cardio segment and a cool-down/stretching segment.

Tri Strength (River road location)

These intense fifty-five minute workouts are designed specifically for the multisport athlete.  We utilize functional dynamic movements, core strength, balance and body stabilization to address common problems and injury-prone areas associated with the sport of triathlon.  Workouts may include, but are not limited to swim, bike and run intervals (land & water), plyometric drills, kettlebell training and TRX movements.  Each session is structured just like a triathlon with three different segments and two transition periods.  Classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays evenings from 5:30pm – 6:30pm.

TRX Strength (River road location)

This 55 minute public strength training session is designed to challenge your functional strength utilizing an advanced bodyweight training system called TRX Suspension Training.  All sessions are taught by one of our certified fitness professionals in a state of the art private training facility. Strength training experience is recommended but not required.  Exercises are multi-joint, multi-planar and movement-based.  Intensity level is moderate to high.  All sessions include a warm-up segment, strength/cardio segment and a cool-down/stretching segment.
