Did you know we offer a strength training program specifically designed for young girls?
Our “Train like a GIRL”program is focused toward competitive, athletic girls (ages 12-18) who are interested in gaining strength, power and core stability between seasons or before heading off to college.
This leading edge training technique, utilized by world class athletes, is based on core strength, balance, and body stabilization.
Coach Cindy Geer has worked tirelessly to help The Training Studio design and build this program.

We are excited to announce that the TLAG gets started back up next week (3/6/18).
We are currently offering strength sessions on Tuesday and Thursday’s at 4:00pm and Saturday’s at 11:00am at our River Road location.
We make it very simple to join the fun by offering 10 or 20 class punch cards.
