We are adding a new educational class called “Back to Basics” on Saturday mornings (9:15am) at the River Road facility. This session is free to the general public. (so tell your friends) This 60 minute educational experience will teach you everything you need to know about the world of strength training. Different topics will be discussed each week on a structured monthly schedule.
- Week 1 = will cover things like proper class format, muscle terminology and the concept of neutral spine.
- Week 2 will discuss the importance of stability training and cover plank positions/variations.
- Week 3 will cover lower body exercises
- Week 4 will cover upper body workout options.
