Effective this Saturday, January 26th, we are replacing the morning yoga session with a core strength class @ 9am. This first class (called HARD K.O.R.) is an introductory 30 minute session designed to introduce participants to the world of core strength. All other sessions will be 45 minutes long, meeting every Saturday from 9-9:45am. This class is held at our River Road location.
