Congrats to everyone that finished the City Run this past weekend. The weather turned out to be perfect for racing. Stacey got some great photos that we plan to post on the website very soon. Enough celebrating, time to get back to business. First order or business is our departure time for Saturday mornings. We are officially moving the start time from 8am to 7am, EFFECTIVE THIS WEEKEND (3/27).
This is also the first week that all of the training schedules mesh. That means that everyone will be doing 11 miles.
Don’t forget about your nutrition plan. This is one of the last few opportunities to fine tune your nutrition strategy for the mini marathon. Use this weekend to finalize your exact plan of attack.
