In the spirit of client satisfaction, we are once again altering some class formats and hosting a Holiday celebration. Here are the headlines:
Yoga is back!! We are bringing back a Saturday morning yoga session. Sessions are scheduled for 9:15am, beginning this weekend (December 1st). Classes are free to TS members and walk-ins are welcome for a small donation. All levels are encouraged to join. Please bring your own mat.
More “Barbell Fundamentals” please! We are transforming the noon sessions on Tuesday/Thursday’s from “Get Strong/Lean” classes to “Barbell Fundamentals”. Coach James will use his extensive experience as a certified USA Weightlifting coach to educate beginners on proper lifting technique and help advanced athletes fine tune their skills. Come see how these explosive total body movements can take your training to an entire new level. This class will be an eye-opener to some great technique progressions and teaching cues. Holiday Celebration!! This is our opportunity to once again say “Thank You” for your continued support of TS. Come have a cocktail and some hors d’oeuvres on us. This is a perfect time to connect socially with some of your classmates and friends from TS. This is also when we will announce the winner of our “End of the year referral contest” (see details on the sidebar). The fun starts December 15th from 3pm – 6pm. All members and a guest are invited.
