Our friendly and knowledgeable personal training staff will guide you through vigorous workouts, monitor your nutrition, and motivate you to achieve your fitness needs. These are one-on-one sessions with just you and a coach. Customized programs are developed based on the goals and/or limitations of each and every client. All sessions are 55 minutes in length and include a warm-up segment, strength/cardio segment and a cool-down/stretching segment. Prices range from $80-$120/session.
Clients can choose a recurring payment schedule that would include (8) Get Fit & Stay Fit sessions and (2) Fit3D body scans every month or pay on a per session basis.
