We are going back to our roots and updating our Galloway training methodology with his new & improved approach. We plan to spend the next few weeks educating everyone on what exactly this new approach entails and why it is a good idea.
Our plan this week is to have a 5 mile course marked with a goal of getting everyone to perform a 1 mile time trial run from mile 3-4. We can then use your mile time to predict not only your mini and full marathon finish times/paces but also your long run paces. This info will be the key to helping you achieve your running goals.
