We are gearing up for the next Fitness Challenge coming up Saturday, July 7th at our River Road facility. Please feel free to stop by anytime between 12-2 to get evaluated. The entire process should take 20-30 minutes. The Challenge is free to everyone.
Here are the details: We will have stations set up to test flexibility, posture, strength, endurance, body fat and even TRX strength.
The Training Studio Fitness Challenge is designed to track and/or monitor several different apsects of your overall fitness level. Use the Fitness Challenge to monitor your progress and evaluate your existing fitness plan or utilize it as a friendly competition with some buddies. This will be a very fun and exciting event that you won’t want to miss. We set aside two hours on the first Saturday of each quarter for this event.
We are on somewhat of an abbreviated schedule for the upcoming 4th of July holiday. Wednesday’s class schedule will remain the same up through the noon class, but then we are canceling the 4:30 and 5:30pm classes. We also have to put all of the “Get Limber” classes on pause for the entire week (Coach Emily is on vacation). No stretch classes at all the entire week of 7/2-7/7.

We also want to congratulate Coach Jake and his lovely wife Diane on the successful arrival of their newest addition. Charlotte ” Charly ” Christine Kilbride was born 7/27/12 at 7:29pm weighing in at 6lbs 13oz. Congrats to the Kilbride family!!
