Your journey with The Training Studio begins with our 30 Day Kickstart program.
This program is formulated to teach and educate participants on proper form and execution of all the exercises/techniques utilized at The Training Studio. These (8) 30 minute sessions will help you work around existing injuries and/or limitations and give you the tools needed to maximize your experience here at The Training Studio. The program lasts for 4 weeks meeting twice per week with a coach for the private sessions. While the private sessions are going, all participants are welcome to join in any of the group sessions. Your coach can give you advise about which class to choose while still learning.
The cost is $300 and gets you a 4 week membership to the gym (both locations) for the interval-based classes and (8) 30 minute private training sessions.
Now it’s time to choose your level of accountability.
Semi-Private Training (3-6 people)
Same as our one-on-one training except you are sharing the hour with 3-6 other people. Workouts can still be customized to your specific strengths/weaknesses. This is the most cost effective program we offer for customized training. The best part is that this membership also includes the group class membership. Prices range from $270-$370/month per person, depending on and how many days per week.
Group Classes (max 12 people)
These group workouts are specifically designed to enhance total fitness. All classes are labeled as Get Fit & Stay Fit but are customized on a weekly basis to include a mixture of High intensity intervals, pure strength, power, mobility and cardiovascular development. This membership gives you unlimited access to all of our sessions listed on the Calendar. Our app allows participants to reserve sessions and track results. We currently offer sessions seven days per week. Cost is $180/month
One-on-one Personal Training
Our friendly and knowledgeable personal training staff will guide you through vigorous workouts, monitor your nutrition, and motivate you to achieve your fitness needs. Customized programs are developed based on the goals and/or limitations of each and every client. All sessions are 55 minutes in length and include a warm-up segment, strength/cardio segment and a cool-down/stretching segment. Prices range from $80-$120/session.
