Congrats to everyone that completed the Papa Johns 10 miler Saturday. The day started out with awesome racing weather, then the wind and dark clouds came in to dump some rain on everyone. I took some awesome action photos out on the course and will post them on the website very soon.
Enough celebration, back to business. We only have 2 more Saturday’s to prepare for the upcoming mini marathon. The last two weeks have been our longest of the season thus far. Try to evaluate how the last two Saturday run’s went for you. Did you have any issues with hydration, cramping, stiffness or nutrition? If so, take these next few weeks to address these issues and resolve them. Please do not hesitate to contact one of your friendly Training Studio coaches for help with any of your running related issues.
