Ok, here we go, one more group run before the KDF mini marathon. This is your last chance to fine tune things a little before race day. Use this opportunity to finalize your pre-run breakfast/bathroom ritual, clothing specifics for race day and most importantly, what to eat and drink while out on the course to maximize your potential. I also want you to push the pace and run at race pace. Use the same walk/run ratio that you plan to use next weekend for the mini. Just in case some of you still have questions about race prep or nutrition on the run, check out our Online Running Manual (pages 39-51 for nutrition & 65-67 for race prep)
