Welcome everybody to week seven of our spring training season.
Several of you might be participating in the first leg of the Triple Crown this weekend (Anthem 5K), but we have decided to stick to the plan and stay focused on the task at hand (finishing the mini marathon). We will however participate as a group in the City Run and the Papa John’s 10 miler to prepare for the mini. These races will be here before you know it. Enjoy the scenic route down historic Frankfort avenue this weekend. Beginner mileage this week is 7 miles, the course however is set with the Intermediate/Advanced schedules to 9 miles.

Upcoming events: Don’t forget about our new yoga class at the river road location from 10:30-11:30am. The class is free for existing Training Studio monthly clients and only $5 for run group members. What a perfect way to stretch out after the run/walk. Don’t forget to bring your own mat.
Please try to come to the run/walk group a little early for any last minute bathroom breaks. Remember, ready to hit the pavement by 7:30am.
