It’s that time of year again. Time to spend a few minutes to reflect on the positive changes, goals and accomplishments we at The Training Studio have witnessed in 2015.
A big “Thanks” goes out to all of you that trusted us enough to become part of our fitness family. To show our appreciation for your long-lasting support, we are adding two new strength sessions to our existing schedule. Effective January 5th, we are starting a Tuesday and Thursday 6am session at our River Road location. These workouts are classified as a strength session but will utilize a high intensity interval format, incorporating a higher heart rate and lots of SWEAT. Coach Foland has graciously agreed to coach these sessions
