We are excited to announce a joint venture with Waterside at RiverPark Place (apartments across the street from our River Road location) to offer an outdoor bootcamp style workout every Saturday morning at 11am.
Coach Mark will be on hand to teach you the fundamentals of total body strength and cardiovascular development. Participants will learn how to utilize functional dynamic movements, core strength, balance and body stabilization to maximize results. Each 60 minute session is broken into a dynamic warm-up (5-10 minutes), a strength/cardio segment (40-45 minutes) and a cool-down/stretching segment (5-10 minutes). Sessions will start out on the pool deck but will flow into several different areas of our beautiful waterfront.
Expect the unexpected! All ability levels are welcome to join in the fun.
The first session will meet for 6 weeks beginning 6/18. The cost is $5 per person, for Training Studio members and $10 for guests. Both members and guests are welcome.
