Our Training Calendar is growing once again. Effective this coming Tuesday (8/14), we are adding a Tuesday/Thursday “Get Strong/Lean” strength session. That means that we will now have a noon strength session Monday – Friday.
Those choosing to attend the noon sessions will now get a dose of pain from (4) different coaches. Coach Jake teaches Monday, Coach James Tuesday and Thursday, myself (Coach Dale) Wednesday and Coach Stacey on Friday. What a great variety!
