Just a friendly reminder that we are not meeting as a group this Saturday for our normal Run/Walk group. Several of us will be traveling to Paoli Peaks to compete in the Rugged Maniac.
Those that are trying to stay on track with your training should spend this weekend doing mile repeats (marathoners) or half mile repeats (mini marathoners). Try to complete 10 if you are training for the marathon or 8 for those competing in the mini.
We will resume our regularly scheduled training next weekend with another long distance run/walk.
