Our very own Coach James is competing Friday (2/22) in a local Crossfit competition called “The $500 Friday Night Throwdown”. Sixteen men and 16 women will compete for time in two different workouts. Top male and female split the purse, $250 each. Specatators are welcome and actually recommended to show support for the athletes.
