Our “Train like a GIRL”program is focused toward competitive, athletic girls (ages 12-18) who are interested in gaining strength, power and core stability between seasons or before heading off to college.
This leading edge training technique, utilized by world class athletes, is based on core strength, balance, and body stabilization.

This is not another “bootcamp” style workout program designed specifically for large groups with little instruction, but instead a small group atmosphere with extreme attention to detail, critiquing every movement for perfect form and execution.
