We are excited to announce yet another addition to our already extensive array of strength classes. Barbell Fundamentals will take place every Saturday (starting July 7th) from 9:15-10:15am. Coach James will use his extensive experience as a certified USA Weightlifting coach to educate beginners on proper lifting technique and help advanced athletes fine tune their skills.
Come see how these explosive total body movements can take your training to an entire new level. This class will be an eye-opener to some great technique progressions and teaching cues. Coach James will be using a coaching tool called “The Coaches Eye” to videotape and break all moves down step by step and go over all lifts frame by frame ensuring perfect technique.
