Don’t forget about the new addition to our class schedule this week. The new session, called “Get Flexible”, is a mix of yoga principles and stretching concepts. Classes will be designed around those that attend. Expect combinations of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga mixed with assisted stretching and some great education. “Get Flexible” sessions start March 2nd and are held every Saturday from 12-1pm at the River Road location. Please bring a yoga mat with you. We do not keep this type of mat onsite.
