Our newly formed “Train Like A Girl” program continues to amaze me. We started this program a few months ago to educate 12-18 year old female athletes on the importance of strength training and more importantly how to do it properly without injury. The results are starting to speak for themselves. After just 8 weeks of consistent strength training, our group of swimmers all set personal records (in multiple events) last week at the State swim meet. Way to go GIRLS! All of that hard work is starting to pay off. Keep up the good work!
