We are in the midst of adding some seasonal activities to our regularly scheduled strength program at the Training Studio (river road location). The fall seasonal program is four months long, running from November 1 to March 1, and includes indoor spinning and/or yoga. Because these are specialty classes, there would be a seasonal fee to participate in these programs. The yoga we plan to offer is a combination of vinyasa and yin infused in to one class to provide strength and stretching together. Participants are asked to bring their own mats and/or blocks (if needed)
By the way, indoor spinning at The Training Studio is not the same as the traditional spin class at the local health club. Our spin sessions require that each participant bring his or her bike and an indoor trainer. We also offer complimentary trainer storage for those that pay for the entire four month program. Typically, the one hour sessions during the week are higher intensity while the longer two hour weekend sessions are more aerobic in nature.
