Welcome everybody to week one of our spring training season.
All of our mileage for the group activities is based on the intermediate/advanced training schedules (see below). Those of you starting out with the beginner schedules will just simply turnaround a little sooner and head back. Once again all Saturday routes are out and back format so nobody should get lost. We will have arrows at every intersection that requires a turn, mile markers and water every two miles. If you come to an intersection without an arrow, keep going straight. We will also have this blog updated by Wednesday of every week with specific info for the upcoming week. Keep in mind that it will take a few weeks to fine tune the pace groups and get everybody organized so please be patient.
