Mother nature has decided to tease us with little bits and pieces of spring weather. That means that the Louisville Triple Crown of Running is also kicking into high gear. Race number one started the season off a little rough with a few kinks related to their new location, but the Rodes City Run did not disappoint. Perfect weather and a slightly modified course made for a great venue. Be sure to check out all of our pics on The Training Studio FACEBOOK page.
This weekend we have 11 miles on the schedule. Click HERE to view the route. Don’t forget to use this long mileage as another opportunity to figure out your hydration and eating regime.
Several of you have been starting to ask nutrition/hydration questions, so I included a great resource for you to check out. Click HERE to read everything you will need to know about daily nutrition, hydration and pre, during and post race nutrition.
Don’t forget to acknowledge those sponsors that have made this program possible.
