WOW, what a great morning we had to participate in the Rodes City Run last Saturday. The Training Studio was out in full force. It was great to see so many familiar faces out on the course. Once again, we had several people set personal records and a few even placed in their age groups. Congrats to everyone that competed!
Enjoy a nice drop in mileage this week to recover and prep for the Papa John’s 10 Miler next week. The course this week is 6 miles for all levels. Click HERE to see the route.
