Welcome everybody to week ten of our spring training season.
Congrats to those that joined the filed of 8000 people to complete the Rodes City Run. Once again, The Training Studio had a great showing out there. Special thanks out to those that donned some Training Studio attire. Check out some of the pictures I took at mile one and the finish line.
Don’t spend too much time celebrating because we have another race coming up on the 26th. The Papa John’s 10 miler will probably be the biggest challenge this year for most of you. Keep focused this week on practicing your nutrition strategy for these upcoming longer events.
We have a lovely route planned for you through the scenic area of Bowling blvd., Winchester avenue and Iola road. Please be careful and remember to always run single file into traffic. Beginner mileage this week is 9 miles, the course however is set with the Intermediate/Advanced schedules to 10 miles.
