What: Week 10 of your journey to the OBX marathon
Where: The Training Studio (St. Matthews location)
When: Saturday, August 14th, sneakers on the pavement by 7:00am

Training Tip: Use Vaseline or BodyGlide wherever things rub. They will help prevent blisters and chafing (guys don’t forget the nipples). Guys: Band-Aids also work well for the long runs. Your nipples will thank you in the shower afterwards. Neosporin (or another antibiotic cream) is also good for chafed areas in a pinch (if you didn’t use your BodyGlide!).
