Awesome turnout this weekend for the Papa John’s 10 Miler. The weather started out a little chilly, but ended up being better than usual. Thank you to everyone out there that wore their Training Studio shirt proud. It was nice to see so many smiling faces out of the course. This weekend we have 12 miles on the schedule. We are venturing out onto a paved trail this weekend that will send us along a little canal behind MSD and eventually dump us out by Eva Bandman Park. We will then head left towards the Big Four bridge. Take the stairs on the east side of the ramp to cut-off that front portion. If you only want 12 miles stop about 25% into the bridge. If you don’t mind the little extra mileage continue to the end of the bridge. (only adds half of a mile total) Click HERE to view the route. This is our last long training route so don’t forget to use this mileage as another opportunity to figure out your hydration and eating regime.
