Stay focused and consistent with your training this week. We have a slight drop in the mileage so feel free to push the envelope a little with your pace this weekend.
We have a lovely route planned for you through the scenic area of Bowman field. Please be careful and remember to always run single file into traffic. All levels are doing the same mileage this week. (10 miles)
