This is our last long training event before the big race day. Fine tune your nutrition once again and maybe even test out your race wardrobe. It would be awesome to see everyone wear their singlet.
We have a lovely route planned for you through the scenic area of Cherokee park. It’s not the flattest route, but it is very scenic. Don’t be alarmed by the name, we are only doing one loop in the park. Please be careful and remember to always run single file into traffic. All levels are doing the same mileage this week. (12 miles)

Please try to come to the run/walk group a little early for any last minute bathroom breaks. Remember, ready to hit the pavement by 7:30am.
Upcoming events: Don’t forget that we had to cancel all sessions (including Yoga) at the River road studio this Saturday because of Thunder Over Louisville.
