This is our last dress rehearsal before the big race day. If you feel up to it, use this short distance to simulate a race day experience. That means, outfit, pace, nutrition and everything else associated with the event. Work out any last minute kinks before the race next week.
We have a lovely route planned for you through scenic St. Matthews over to the water reservoir. Please be careful and remember to always run single file into traffic. All levels are doing the same mileage this week. (8 miles)
