What: Week 15 of your journey towards completing a fall marathon
Where: The Training Studio (St. Matthews location)
When: Saturday, September 18th, sneakers on the pavement by 7:00am

Training Tip: This is our longest training run/walk of the season thus far. Pay attention to your pace and keep it nice and slow. Remember, your number one goal for the long runs is endurance only, not speed. You should be about 1-1:30 minutes/per mile slower than your training pace during the week.
