Welcome everybody to week two of our spring training season.
Great turnout last weekend with near perfect weather for this time of year. I hope everyone found a group to settle in with. The groups will start to define themselves more and more as the weeks go on. Beginner mileage this week is 4 miles, the course however is set with the Intermediate/Advanced schedules to 6 miles.
What: Week 2 of your journey towards completing the 2011 KDF mini marathon
Where: The Training Studio (St. Matthews location)
When: Saturday, January 15th, sneakers on the pavement by 7:30am

Upcoming Events: BYOB (Bring Your Own Bike) Free spinning session, (sponsored by Louisville Landsharks) this Saturday (1/22) from 12:30-2:30 at the RIver road location. Anyone and everyone is welcome to join us for the entire two hours or just a portion. All you need is a bike, trainer, sweat towel, water and other nutrition items you might need. Please also bring a towel to put on the floor under your bike. We have an exciting workout planned for everyone. Be ready to work!
