Week one is in the books. Week two brings us to our first seminar of the year. See details below. The mileage for this week is 6 miles for the Advanced and Intermediate schedules and 3 miles for the Beginners. I am posting a 6 mile route that is an out and back course. We will place a turnaround sign out on the course (at the 1.5 mile mark) for those using the beginner schedule. Click HERE to view a map of the course.
The first installment of our comprehensive seminar series is scheduled for Sunday, January 20th from 1-3 pm at KORT Partners in Physical Therapy (616 Executive Park, 40207). We plan to start out explaining the in “Run/Walk concept” then will transition into “Prevention and Treatment of some common running injuries”.
