What: Week 20 of your journey towards completing a fall marathon
Where: The Training Studio (St. Matthews location)
When: Saturday, October 23rd, sneakers on the pavement by 7:30am
Course Map: Click HERE to view the map for this weekend. The mileage for this week is 23 miles. Don’t be alarmed by the 13 mile map, we are asking the long distance people to complete one loop, use the clean restrooms and then repeat the loop but turnaround at the 5 mile mark this time.
Training Tip: Here is some “Food for thought”. Remember that you will have plateaus in your progress and tough days along the way. Accept and appreciate the fact that not every single run can be a good one. Be prepared to remove the words “can’t” and “never” from your vocabulary. “Do not compare yourself to others. Run within yourself and for yourself first. Believe it or not, it really does get easier.
