Welcome everybody to week three of our spring training season.
Great turnout last weekend, even with the freezing cold temperatures. Congrats to all of you that came out to brave the cold. Sorry for having to alter the course but we felt the original route was unsafe. Let’s hope for better weather this weekend. Beginner mileage this week is 5 miles, the course however is set with the Intermediate/Advanced schedules to 7 miles.
What: Week 3 of your journey towards completing the 2011 KDF mini marathon
Where: The Training Studio (St. Matthews location)
When: Saturday, January 29th, sneakers on the pavement by 7:30am
