Welcome everybody to week four of our spring training season.
Another great turnout last weekend. The weather finally cooperated for once. This weekend might be a different story. We are expected to get some snow Saturday morning. Remember, snow fall will not stop us from running/walking, just severe ice and lightning. Unless of course we get blizzard conditions. Beginner mileage this week is 6 miles, the course however is set with the Intermediate/Advanced schedules to 8 miles.

When: Saturday, February 5th, sneakers on the pavement by 7:30am

Upcoming events: Don’t forget that our yoga program begins this weekend at the river road location from 10:30-11:30am. The class is free for existing river road clients and only $5 for run group members.
Please try to come a little early for any last minute bathroom breaks. Remember, ready to hit the pavement by 7:30am.
