What: Week 4 (9 miles) of your journey to the OBX marathon
Where: The Training Studio (St. Matthews location)
When: Saturday, July 3rd, sneakers on the pavement by 7:00am

Training Tip: Always run/walk on the left side of the road, traveling into traffic. If you are in a group, be considerate and keep a single file as traffic comes along.
