All schedules have finally merged into doing the same distance for all long runs from this point forward. Just a friendly reminder that the Triple Crown is starting very soon. We hope everyone has sent in their registration forms. We do not have runs at The Training Studio scheduled during race days (we have instead worked the races into the schedule), but we do plan to meet as a group at the race sites to find your running buddies.

Don’t forget about the seminar scheduled for this Sunday, 2/24 at Ken Combs Running Store from 1-2pm. Larry Holt will teach us about proper shoe fit and technical clothing for runners.
