Instead of meeting at The Training Studio this weekend, we are meeting to run the Anthem 5K. We would like to meet as a group behind Preston Pointe (across the street from the back end of Slugger Field)around 7:15am (race starts at 8am). Just look for our tent. Try to use this opportunity to meet up with your running buddies before and after the race.
Take some time to study the race website for important information regarding packet pick-up, course info, restrooms, etc..
Don’t forget, you can still pick up your free pair of Smartwool socks at Ken Combs Running Store. They have a master list of everyone in the group. Stop by ASAP to pick them up.

Just a friendly reminder that the Triple Crown is starting very soon. We hope everyone has sent in their registration forms. We do not have runs at The Training Studio scheduled during race days (we have instead worked the races into the schedule), but we do plan to meet as a group at the race sites to find your running buddies.
