Zach uses intensity, functional exercises, and classic strength movements to build muscle, burn fat, and get people fit. He focuses on pinpointing weaknesses and making them your strengths to help your body move and feel better. Zach is one of our full-time coaches that spends time at both locations working with semi-private groups, private sessions and also teaches group classes at River Road.
